Manager
All in all, we delivered strong performance compared to the
previous years. I want to thank our people for once again bringing
their impressive commitment, energy and enthusiasm to their
daily work.
Our people’s efforts to drive growth and help manage
our business efficiently have made all the difference in our
performance, we must all take great pride for the project,
the diversity ,complexity and scale of our business require
that we continually strengthen our management,structures,processes
and competencies. Our emphasis must be on expanding our capacities
and capabilities to realise the many new opportunities we have
and capture the benefits.
Today’s business environment demands that we do more with
less. Spurred by the challenges of these difficult times, we
should look for new ways to pursue new business acquisitions
and create value.
Although our business is not immune to continued challenges
and uncertainty, it is resilient. We have an unwavering commitment
to maintain our market leadership. In our fashion, we will
approach these changes as a sign of opportunity for our business
to re-deploy.
Irma sud also continues to focus on being a good corporate
citizen. Our philosophy in this area is to leverage our core
strengths as a company as well as our people’s skills to build
positive relationships with all of our stakeholders and participate
in the creation of a powerful, lasting social and cultural
change.
Even though the current environment has put their resolve
to the test, Irma sud people are winners. We need to be optimistic,
continuing to be led by a can-do spirit.
I believe that this year brings us great opportunities and
challenges. There is no doubt that by working together, communicating
effectively and translating our continuous improvement commitment
into actions we can meet the challenge.
